Santa Cruz B&B is a nice, clean and affordable place to stay in the Limerick area. Our room downstairs was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom small but alright.
Our host was very friendly, helped us with directions and recommended us a great pub in downtown Limerick. The self-service breakfast was good, lots of nice food around and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare it.
We can absolutely recommend staying at Santa Cruz, even more because it is pretty close to the attractions of Limerick.

This place sucked. Limerick sucked. There isn't much more to say about it. We were charged for our room upfront which I understand why now....it was not fun. I left the room dirty and full of beer cans but I don't feel bad. The breakfast sucked. Heard enough? Stay away from Limerick aka Stab City.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!
The electric shower didnt work properly, hot water sometimes then freezing the next. There was no television in the room which was not what was advertised. There was 2 towels for two people and these were no fresh towels for the next morning. The room did not appear to have been hovered or cleaned.
The elderly gentleman managing breakfast was very pleasant. He was trying to manage everyone as best he could but he clearly was not able to cope and had no assistance. The full irish was of poor quality and barely warm. The request for payment up front was bad form in light of the poor service and quality received. This experience did not endear me staying in Bed and Breakfast accomodation.
