Newlands lodge is hands down incredible! Mairead, the hostess, was so sweet, welcoming and friendly. Upon our arrival, she greeted our family with coffee, tea and homemade cupcakes! Their home is so lovely with beautiful and spacious rooms. Each room is warm and has so much character. The Irish breakfast was amazing and very filling! I wish we would have stayed more than one night. I highly recommend Newlands Lodge for at least two nights! Kilkenny is a must stop place! Mairead had great suggestions on what to see & where to visit. This super cute town was not only home of our favorite B&B on the trip, but also home of our favorite restaurant in Ireland, Langtons! We can't wait to go back!

Mairead and Jimmy are excellent host and their country home is absolutely wonderful. Large bedrooms, lovely decor, and the breakfast was wonderful. Best place we stayed at on our trip, and we look forward to going back. Newlands Lodge will be top of our list.

We unfortunately only stayed for one night at this amazing B&B. I would definately recommend it to those who will be staying in Kilkenny. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The house is really beautiful, would recommend to stay more than one night to enjoy the beauty of it! Mairead and Jimmy did a fantastic job and the breakfast is excellent too!! will surely return if i'll go back to ireland again!!
