I stay in hotels in various locations all over Ireland from low to middle tariff and I have to say this hotel is one of my favorites, I stay here on a regular basis and always find it to be clean and tidy.Breakfast is freshly cooked and served with a smile. Sarah the receptionist is always very efficient, helpful, and polite a true professional at her job. Conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the town center and very reasonably priced.

We stayed in the Kilkenny Inn Hotel in August and plan to go back and stay again this spring. It is in a wonderful location and the staff is very friendly and accomodating.

stayed here for a girls weekend away. it was great- less than 10 min walk to shops and restaurants, free car park, good buffet breakfast, lovely rooms, comfortable, quiet, warm. tea / coffee facilities. pleasant and helpful staff.

would recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located but needs a refresh. The staff were helpful but we did have a staff member walk into our room unannounced (Yikes!). Although the rooms were clean, there were stains on the walls and carpets that no amount of cleaning will get out. The pub downstairs is convenient. Before I book here again, I will inquire as to whether or not it has undergone a renovation.
