the rooms are so cosy, we had a jacuzzi bath, comfy bed and nice warm room. the staff are very helpful and breakfast in the morning was delicious. it is very central and i will definitely be staying there again

Simply fab from beginning to end!!! Sean wedding coordinator is helpful! Make sure your wedding is the only wedding on the day as sometimes Set at langtons hosts weddings too!!!

Having read all the reviews I booked a night in Langtons for my husband and myself. I requested a room in the annex garden complex. but it stank of cigarette smoke. We requested another room which also still stank of cigarette smoke. When we complained again we were told they could not stop people smoking in the bedrooms. The restaurand and everything else was fine but I would not go there again.

Just returned from a two night stay in the Langton House Hotel, staying in the annex garden complex. The room was very clean, very well equipped, roomy, and very well positioned to explore Kilkenny. The decor is stylish, with a lovely spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful, and room rates were good value. Of particular note was the restaurant, without a single hint of packaged produce, or frozen ingredients being used - the quality was fresh and of an excellent standard. The meal we experienced was truely delightful, and I would not be an easy judge by any standard. The Al la Carte breakfast menu just as imaginative and cooked fresh to perfection.
