We booked for a four-night 'Dancing for Pleasure' break and from the moment we arrived, we found no fault. It was fantastic value and our days were filled with dance lessons and visits to the spa to ease our aching bones, having danced each night away! The food was great and service wonderful. Having travelled extensively, it is a pleasure to report that we found the best hotel we have visited, in our own country. Do you know what made it so? THE SUPERB STAFF! The friendliness, yet utmost professionalism, was wonderful to experience. THANK YOU EVERYONE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

This is our second time staying at the Springhill Court Hotel. We stayed for two nights during the Halloween mid-term. Our kids loved the kids club which runs daily and especially the big Halloween party which they held in there main ballroom. There was a disco, goody bag on arrival and two large bouncing castles and was supervised excellently by there leisure club staff. There was also food provided for the adults. The hotel is nice with a spacious lobby and to relax. The bedrooms are a bit dated but are clean. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and that was lovely. They have a lovely clean and bright leisure club and going by people we met the staff are there a long time which is a plus. Overall an enjoyable stay

I stayed at this hotel with my mam and 2 kids for a 2 night mid-term break. Our room was tiny, we could barely move, also it was bulit on a slope so everytime my son stood at a certain point in the room he fell over! The room was spotless clean but had very bad lighting. On our second night the radiator outside our room burst and the entire corridor was destroyed, carpets were soaking wet! The food was poor both in the bar and the resaurant. My daughter loved the kids club and we all enjoyed the pool and the staff were very friendly, but the actual hotel is very dated with old carpets and bumpy corridors, we needed a break after staying here. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially not room 210.......

We stayed at the Springhill court last year and had a great time we returned again last week for 3 nights and would have no complaints.The room was a good size for a Family , clean and bright.The food was of a good standard with the usual breakfast and set meal.The kids had a ball at the club and pool which gave us time to relax.As hotels go you can find fault all over but to be honest this Hotel gives good value for a family stay in a good location so dont pay much attention to those who complain for the sake of it.
