Stay was comfortable and close to everything in Kilkenney. B&B with a yummy breakfast.

Due to a mixup of someone else, the owner did not have a lot of notice of our arrival. The lady's husband was having surgery one day while we were there, but she still made sure that all of our needs were met. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was great with many attractions in easy driving distance.

We stayed here as part of a package of B&B's and Hotels throughout Ireland. We loved Kilkenney - it was one of our favorite spots on our trip. B&B was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but well managed and worth the price. Hostess was wonderful and gave us some great tips on where to go. Yummy breakfast!

I would not of booked a B&B normally for a hen weekend but as it was mentioned on henparty.ie I decided to give it a go. And we were so glad we did. It was like a home from home for the weekend. As we had a pretty diverse group of people who didn't really know each other it was great to be in a house where we could interact a lot.

Rosaleen could not have been a better hostess. As with all groups the numbers kept changing up until the last minute, but she took all changes in her stride and there was not a word mentioned about it.
She even let us use the dinning room to learn a dance routine and then we headed out to the lovely garden to enjoy the sun and have some afternoon cocktails. And taxi's into town were no problem either!

The place itself could do with some DIY jobs, but it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good.
