“Carlsberg don't do restaurants... but if they did ????? Best kept secrets in Kerry”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 April 2009

My wife and I went to the restaurant last Friday 17th April for a meal.
We were greeted by the owner then by the head waiter who showed us to our table and another waitress showed us he menu and specials –and had a in depth view all the foods and how they were cooked, they were friendly and helpful but no over powering. The menu was really good choice. The food ……. Was only beautiful, and the desert was only fantastic. After the meal we went to the bar which again the barman was very friendly but left us alone to chat, but was there when the drinks were low. The crowd in the bar was mixed by good bunch of people, atmosphere again was great so good in fact we stayed for much longer and were late for meeting up with friends. So….
How did the owner get ALL the staff ( waiting and bar staff) to be genuinely nice and friendly , but not over powering?
How did get the menu / and the food and more importantly the price, spot on?
How did get the atmosphere in both the bar and the restaurant A1?
Answers on a postcard ….
If you a fifteen mile radius to here please try it,it’s well worth the trip.
It’s one of the best restaurants in Tralee.
We will be definitely going back again.

“A Proper Taste of the Irish!”

My partner and I stayed here for the night while travelling around Ireland. From all of the places we stayed The Station House won hands down to everything.
Hospitality was exceptional, especially from Kate. Meals were fantastic both evening and breakfast.
It is an excellent base for touring the Dingle (which is amazing). Views from our window were amazing ie, the water and windmill but what done it for me was the Piano player in the Station House that evening( or his wife) who played Danny Boy and the locals who sung with such passion, had me in tears, a memory i'll keep with me forever. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. This was the cheapest place we stayed to. Fantastic!

“Great B and B!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 August 2006

I stayed at the Station House in Blennerville, right across the street from the Windmill, in August with three of my kids. We agreed it was our favorite spot. Matt, the owner, is a wonderful guy and we immediately felt at home due to his warm welcome.

We stayed in a family room which was huge and had a very nice bathroom. We had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant that night. Matt could not have been nicer and we would definitely go back. Blennerville is a nice little town and you are just outside of Tralee and about 40 mins. from Dingle town.

We loved it!
