we booked in to hotel on sunday last the receptionist was lovely and the bar manager was lovely too we entered the lobby which was beautiful and the bar was lovely too on arrival we were told there was no cooked breakfast due to problem in the kitchen we were not told this when we booked its not even metioned on there site !! we then went to our room which was dated and beds were lumpy pillows were really thin there was not even a telephone in the room. we were put in a front room on the second floor there was no double glazing so every car noise and everything could be heard from our room even with the window closed... we went out and arrived back at 2 had a drink in bar downstairs and went to bed this was a sunday night no night club was on but out side the noise was maddness up untill 4 in the morning there was noise out side the hotel doors banging on the inside the last straw was the someone singing going up the hall and doors banging at 6 in the morn we got up and left went out to car and slept in there which was quieter before heading for a 5 hour drive home !!! not only that at 5 am when the bar was still openthe girl i was staying in the room with went down to ask for tea bags and milk for tea as we hadnt any left and cause we were still awake so said wed have tea to try help us sleep but was told by the bar man he has nothing to do with tea and wouldnt give us any even though he was serving beer all night !!! would never stay there again its a joke !!
