I was extremely disappointed with my stay. We were greeted by an unfriendly gentleman, and felt like we were intruding by staying there. The room was freezing for the duration of the stay - The radiator was on, but much too small for the size of the room. Had breakfast the next morning and the bread was stale, put me off having the rest of my breakfast. This B&B is also at least 3km from Killarney, and not the 1km as advertised.

My mother, sister and I stayed 2 nights at Redwood, and were very pleased with the accommodations and breakfast. As noted by other posters the house is outside Killarney a few kilometers so having a car is a must. The house is beautifully appointed and Evelyn is a lovely host. She will arrange bookings for tours of the Ring, Dingle and Gap of Dunloe, and has the bus come pick you up at the front door. The beds are comfortable and mattresses firm. Being out of town makes for a quiet night's sleep. We loved Redwood, but we were rude enough to take the room key with us when we left and had to mail it back to Evelyn from London. I hope she has forgiven us.

We spent 3 nights at redwood and enjoyed every one of them. Nicely situated to tour the ring of kerry and all the other tourist spots. Breakfast was perfect and more than enough. Our host Evelyn was very kind and attentive. Will certainly go back.
