The lobby is the best part of the hotel, however upon closer inspection the decor is worn and dated. The bed room was tiny for a 4 star, looking out at air con duct. Beyond should have been a view of the famous Killarney Lakes but the fir trees were higher than the hotel.
Was dissapointed as i was expecting more.

Stayed at this hotel because we were going to aee a show at INEC Killarney. Its about a five minute walk to the venue and about fifteen minutes walk into Killarney town.
Rooms are a good size and very clean, Baths are a bit on the shallow side tho.
The staff are lovely and so helpful.
Our room was very cold, but after mentioning it to Patricia on reception, she sorted it out.
The food in the bar is not great. I ordered a house salad,but the componints on the menu were for a Caeser salad, croutons,bacon lardons etc. When it came there was no bacon and four or five croutons, plus tomatoes and peppers, which were not on the description. However, when I pointed this out,it was recfiied and I was given a complimentry drink. My husband had cod and chips, it was awful. That being said, I would still stay at this hotel again, I would just not eat there.
There is plenty of parking and its very convenient for the Ring of Kerry and Killarney Town. I have to agree with other reviewers, the staff are outstanding.

I and three freinds stayed here last week. It was absolutly brilliant! The staff are so lovely! Chris at reception was an absolute dream, he was so willing to help and was so friendly. The rooms were fab! Really comfy beds and the facilities were great! The bar is beautiful and so were the cocktails. :-) Breakfast was gorgeous and again the staff were really really nice and friendly.

This hotel is a definite must for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Killarney. We will definatly be back again and are already looking forward to it.

One word sums it up- AMAZING!

i stayed here for four weeks due to work in the area,nice rooms and lovely hotel but the real plus is the friendly staff and how much fun they are,they made us feel so welcome and helped us through the week,each and every member of staff was friendly and helpful and alot of fun!!
