Very trendy hotel in a great location with great service. Receptionist (jane) was excellent, she was very welcoming, had loads of local knowledge and was really helpful. Stayed in one of the suites at the front of the hotel which was beautiful. Lovely comfy bed, huge long room with lovely furniture. Room was immaculately clean and bathroom was gorgeous as well.

Hotel also had left a great fun marketing idea to encourage you back. They left a packet of rolos in your room and asked that you give the last one to reception in exchange for a bottle of prosecco and strawberries on arrival for your next visit.

Only negatives for me were it was a little noisy at night but it was saturday night and killarney is a busy town and also we were at the front of the hotel so aome noise is to be expected.

All in all an amazing stay.

As it was our wedding anniversary my son gave us a gift of dinner b&b in the Ross Hotel in Killarney.We had never stayed in this hotel before so it was a new experience.We were made very welcome on arrival and soon settled in to a beautiful room.There was a great buzz about the place the bar and dining room 1st class.Food very good excellent breakfast and evening meal all in all we shall return.

Simply excellent in every possible aspect and just fantastic staff....they are so hard working...i have met the same staff I have visited the hotel on past 4 occassions...and they do work so hard!!!....but still the most pleasant people....it is truly commendable....they are a credit to The Ross...Decor fab...., food fab...location fab....cocktail bar fab....

From a friendly welcome to smooth and efficient check out our weekend at the Ross was a real pleasure.
Great modern decor,super comfortable beds and ideal location in the centre of town.
Breakfast had lots of variety and sets you up for the day.
Didn't affect us but street noise might worry early-to-bed people, but if you do justice to the great restaurants and pubs in Killarney you won't be turning in before the revellers.
