We recently stayed here for the weekend. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Killarney, within walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was clean and decor nice but it was very cold. I also did not like that they only had sheets and blankets on the bed, no duvet. Which is not the best option in Ireland.

We had a meal in the restaruant which was a bit uncomfortable as there was no atmosphere,3 other couples in a small room. You ahd to whisper to whole time. Also no windows so it was vrey dark especially in the morning as this was where breakfast was servered. The bar was a different story as that was nice a lively although we did try to order food at 8:50 but were told by the young barman that food had stop. 9:05 other bar staff were taking orders for food, the barman was just too lazy to double check other than that member of staff the rest were very nice and friendly.

I dont think we would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there during our short stay in Killarney. Simple delightful. Good parking. Great internet connection. ( i had an apple ipad). Great location. Lounge is very nice and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and wanted you to have a great time while there. Rooms comfortable and clean. Looking forward to our next stay. The breakfast was lovely,

Stayed in this hotel NYE due to limited availability in preferred hotel-what a find!We will certainly be back..got a great deal,meal in restraunt was the best we have had in quite some time.Highly recommended

We stayed here for two nights, one of those nights being New Years Eve. We expected New Years to be some what noisy however both nights were extremly noisy. We were kept awake until after 3am New Years Eve. The building itself is old and seemed to be noisy even when the guests were asleep. We also had an adjoining door with a room next door. We didn't know these people but could hear every noise they made until the early hours, I dont see the purpose of these doors. This totally dampened and ruined the experience for us.
Also after the first night our room was never made up/fresh towels although we were gone for hours during the day and up early that morning.
The staff were really nice anyone we met, although when we checked out she never asked if we enjoyed our stay or were things ok she simply wanted credit card.
We had a beautiful meal in restaurant the first night. The food was excellent and we got huge portions.
There were a lot of things very good about this place and it is in a great location but with two bad nights sleep it's difficult to look at the positives or recommend
