I booked a romantic getaway for me and my girlfriend before she went off to Australia for 6 months, I booked one of the deals listed on their website. It was brilliant! Brand new room, which was a huge suite as part of the deal, my girlfriend didn't want to know how much I had paid judging by the room but the deal was actually very reasonable especially for what we got! I couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

One piece of advice for future guests: the hotel doesn't have it's own car park but there is a public car park behind the hotel. It's free at night but you have to pay during the day. Just make sure you set an alarm and have plenty of coins to go and feed the meter, if you forget you could get clamped, not that being stuck in killarney would be such a bad thing.

From the moment our tour group was dropped off we were all ooohing and ahhhing! It was evening and the topiaries at the entrance was lit up with lights. The entrance in black and gold was gorgeous. We walked into this amazingly decorated lobby with majestic staircase. All reds and golds like a small palace. I spent one night in the library with a book and a tray of hot irish tea and the best homemade scones with butter and jam. Yummy.
Down the hall is the billiard room decorated in rich heavy wood panelling with a cozy sitting room and blazing fire. It was like being in a hunting lodge.
My room was immaculate. Pure white linens and so comfortable. Everything was amazing. I loved my small round table and chairs where I enjoyed my complimentary tea set every night.
The staff are warm and so helpful. They truly appreciate American tourists.
Breakfast was amazing! A combination of hot and cold.
If you want dinner you better make reservations early! I learned the hard way.
I loved the pubs and the shopping in this town. It was my favorite stay of the 8 days I spent in Ireland.

Stayed with 2 of my firends, lovely room, breakfast fab and staff were so cheery & helpful. have stayed there a few times & will continue to go back.
