The best B&B I saw in Ireland so far.Very beautiful house,traditional and very clean.
Well appointed.The only one little defect was the tiny sink in the bathroom.

We had a large and good breakfast,Pat and Louise frendly and helpful.From the house there is a short cut that bring to the centre in a few minutes.35 euro per person is very good price for this B&B.I really liked it!

when we arrives we walk a few minutes to go to the home but it was worth the effort.
it is a very nice place,beautiful view and relax.the owns are very nice people, they are always ready to help in everithing you need, and the breakfast is delicious and abundant to can walk all the day,jeje!.we hope come again.

This B&B exceeded our expectations. The hosts were delightful. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb! The view from the dining room was picturesque. Being located on a quiet street made sleeping restful. Would definitely stay there again.

Very noisy between rooms, can hear everything thats happening in the house, even while having breakfast in dining room could hear hear guests moving about in their rooms.
Parking available if your happy to park your car in the street.
Room and bathroom very small (room2) and if you are of any size you will not be able to get through the shower recess door, I had to go in sideways and I'm not all that large.
Located on the outskirts of the city centre, long walk if you want to go into the city.
WiFI works fine in the guest lounge but we had to move around our room to maybe get enough signal for it to work.
Pat would be better listening rather than constantly talking and telling you what you should be doing.
Although the house has a reasonable view over the national park our room's view was the back yard and garden shed.
Look around the area, there are many other B&B's in the area which are better located and may offer better facitlities & services.
