We stayed with you for one night and have to say it was one of the best I have ever been and stayed at, the staff were so nice and polite, could not do enough to help you with anything, the room was so clean, and warm. Food was just fab, and for me the breakfeast was just the iceing on the cake, so hot and so well presented.
I would like to say to the Manager and staff, be well proud of your hotel and please continue with you good work, we will be back for sure.

Good hotel, great location especially for concerts. Bar expensive however as is food.

just spent new year at this hotel. A warm and friendly welcome and a good atmosphere. We stayed for two nights and also had dinner on new year's eve. This was an excellent meal, beautifully served , varied and very tasty. Overall an excellent experience and good value too

Stayed in Randles Court over New Years Eve with two children. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable, the beds were perfect. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel perfectly clean and warm - the weather was very damp, cold and miserable. The pool was great and the food excellent. The owner manned the residents' bar for a time on New Year's Eve - I think it's always a good sign that the owner is "hands-on." It was a short walk into the town centre. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would not hesitate in recommending it and would stay there again.
