We were given the room on the ground floor. A room upstairs may have had a little more privacy as the door leads out into the reception area and the large bay window allows for passers by to see in. The room was nice enough and very clean. The bathroom was tiny but it wasn't a problem for us. The shower head could do with a clean or change as it was spraying all over the place. Parking was a little dodgy, you may need someone to guide you in/out but that seems to be the case with most B&B's on College Street. The location is great, only a few minutes into Eyre Square and Shop Street. Teresa, the proprietor was nice and helpful. She provides a large, lovely breakfast and won't let you go hungry. I thought €50 pps was a little steep as others in the area were offering for cheaper, however they were all booked out.
