My boyfriend and I actually had reservations next door at an identical hotel, which was changing owners. The lady running it was kind enough to make reservations for us here, at the same discount we had gotten on our original booking. So I don't know how expensive it normally is. We did not eat breakfast here.
We had a room attached to the house which opened up directly onto the patio. It was kind of nice because we didn't feel like we bothered anyone coming and going. The room was super tiny, and also completely ADORABLE. My boyfriend and I are fairly small people (read short and thin) and as city dwellers are fairly used to small living accommodations so this was not a problem. There was a space heater and tea service which we used. I can imagine the bathroom being difficult to get into, as the door getting in was quite close to the bed.
The shower was tricky to get working. There were two problems. First of all it took about 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Second the hot / cold labels were switched. Once we figured this out though, it was nice and hot!
The B&B is about a 15 minute city-walker walk from the bus station and city center. The road is basically a strip of B&Bs and hotels. So going into city center for food is a must.
