This review is late but my husband and I stayed at Prague House during Halloween for a few nights, and Miss Marys hospitality was amazing! We got married on Inish Mor on Halloween, and even though I thought I told her she was delighted to hear the news and treated us like our Italian mom's back home with hugs/kisses and a nice glass of wine! She also was kind enough to take us to the train station and give us some advice on places to eat.

-Breakfast was made to order-very good.
-Short walk to the city center.
-Grocery store across the street-very convenient.
-The water is also close by.
-We were not bothered by noise on street, and the beds were comfortable.
-The bus to Rossaveal/island ferry picks us up right across the street- Miss Mary was kind enough to call them for us.

We will definitely be returning to Ireland, and when we go to Galway-DEFINITELY staying at Prague House again.

We stayed here in November while the owners were very nice we found the room to be freezing cold. We mentioned it at breakfast the following morning and we were told that they switched the heating off at midnight. They provided us with an extra heavy duvet. We got so hot in bed we literally sweated. We found it hard to get out of bed as the room was still cold!
Breakfast was lovely but we would have preferred a comfortable room that a good breakfast!
Yes the rate was very cheap but that should have come with no compromise on the quality and comfort. We left the following morning.

We visited Galway mid November and stayed for 3 nights. Mary was very friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The en suite room was spotless. Car parking space was available. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B

I wish we had read the reviews before reserving here. This b&b is on a main busy and very noisy street. Will not return.
