I stayed at Premier Aptmnts for more than a month during a business trip. We had some issues at the time of booking - our online booking was cancelled and we were asked to pay a higher rate than what was mentioned on the website. We realised that the dish washer was broken and that got repaired only after 2 weeks of our renting the place. There was further inconvenience when we wanted to extend the stay but they had already rented our rooms to someone.
The apartments are excellent - spacious, large balcony, well equipped with good heating and free high speed internet. There is a tram stop right next to the aptmnt which makes it easy to commute to the city center. A small convenience store is in the apartment block itself.
Overall very comfortable stay but some avoidable instances from the management ....

me and my partner stayed at these apartments for 11 nights. we had an excellent stay here and would recommend to all.
the area is near alot of office blocks so it is very quiet on a night time which is excellent for business stays or family. There is one or two restraunts on the bottom floor of the apartments however we never ate there so cant comment. The luas tram line is at the bottom of the street which is handy if you want to go into the centre of dublin itself (takes about 20 mins), very reliable service every 10 mins and very reasonably priced too (cheaper than car parks). There is a spar underneath the apartment block next to reception which is open till late for basic essentials. However if you have a car we travelled to Dundrum (10 mins away) where there is a massive shopping centre which had a marks and spencers and a tesco. Also in this shopping centre are nice restraunts and a cinema.
the apartments themselves are very clean and very modern (added bonus heated bathroom floor). each has flat screen tv's free internet so we were able to plug our laptop in no bother. the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the appliances are very modern (washing machine added bonus)
There is a reception at the bottom which is open 9 - 5 for all of your needs. The apartments are very secure with door codes which are changed weekly and an underground carpark which is gated with codes too.
All in all we had an excellent long stay, however i wouldn't recommend for groups of young people wanting nights out as dublin city centre is quiet far away so would be expensive for late night taxis.

I was in Dublin for business, and this location was recommended as it was a few steps away from my office in Sandyford. The accomodations were clean, and stocked with standard amenites. My apartment was on the top floor, and the living room/kitchen and bedroom had floor to ceiling windows all the way around, and a wrap around balcony, with sweeping views of Dublin, the Sea, and the hillsides surrounding Dublin. A full kitchen and washer/dryer made my near 2 week stay quite comfortable. The front desk staff were very accomodating, and assisted me with taxi requests, and storing my luggage when I left for a weekend out of Dublin. It's just a 2 minute walk to the Luas, which takes you to the center of Dublin in about 15 minutes!

There is a convience store (Spar), and a full service restaurant (Barista's) next to the apartment's front door. A supermarket (Dunnes) is about a five minute walk down the road.

My only comment would be, this is an apartment, not a full service hotel. Apartments are serviced only once per week, so, it is a home away from home, in that you'll make your own bed, and clean up after yourself during the week. The front desk is only manned from 9-5 daily, but, there is a process for after hours check in. There is only one TV in the apartment, wall mounted in the living room, so, if you like a TV in the bedroom, you'll need to alter you viewing habits at this location.

All in all, a great stay, with a VERY accomodating staff! I recommend it highly, and I'll be booking here again for my next visit!

We have stayed at the Premier Apartments twice during 2010. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and a three bed apartment . We had our own car to get around and the location suited as we wanted to visit friends close by. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartments for anyone looking for a self catering option in Dublin who doesn’t want/need to be in the city centre.

Location:
The apartments are in the middle of an industrial estate/business park. While there is a supermarket and coffee shops nearby there is very little else for a tourist. The only exception is Imaginosity (www.imaginosity.ie) which is a great trip for young children. In a car it is 5 mins to/from Dublin’s ring road, the M50. This means you can get around the city or out of the city very quickly. The Luas (tram) Stillorgan stop is 2 mins walk away and will bring you into the south city centre in 25 mins. It also passes Dundrum Shopping Centre if you want to stop off for some shopping.

Staff:
We found the staff very friendly and helpful e.g. when we rang for extra sheets they were provided promptly. The office is manned during office hours only.

Apartments
By Dublin standards the apartments were spacious and the 3 bed in particular had a very large living area. We had two small kids who also loved being able to go out onto the balconies. The apartments were clean but did show some signs of wear and tear e.g scuff marks on doors and walls. The apartments are well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dvd player (by request) along with the few extras that help in the first day or two (coffee sachets, dishwasher tablets, sugar sachets, UHT milk)

Overall the Premier Apartments in Sandyford are very good value for money and a good option for a family or group. When we visit Dublin again we will stay there again.
