My husband and I just had a nice weekend in Dublin, we chose this guesthouse for price and good reviews. Actually the room was very nice and spacious, both room and bathroom were very clean. Location amazing, close to bus station and shopping district, walking distance to Temple Bar. Downsides: we had a room facing the street, so noise all night! the window was so old that could not keep the noise out. The structure is very old and there is no isolation at all, when the guys in room above us were walking you could feel the walls and the windows literally trembling! No elevator, so be prepared to do some stairs. Breakfast was not really worth, no choice for continental breakfast and the Irish one was really average (bins from tin).
If it was cheaper I would stay again, but not 70euro per night!
