It was our first visit to Dublin, and we didn't wan't to live smack in the city centre, so we chose this hotel. It is 10-15 minutes walking distance from Temple Bar, and the LUAS tram service passes very close. Also the Airlink airport bus stops at Ormond Quay, which is also very close, so all in all a very smart choice. It is thus a very quiet area at night, so no disturbances of any kind. The hotel itself is not too large, 6 floors and can boast large and light rooms in modern style. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are also larger than usual, brightly lit and very practical. Trouser press and coffee/tea making facilities also. I loved the room! Great buffet breakfast too, you can go "full irish" or continental, whatever you choose. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices very good, so I have no qualms when it comes to recommending this hotel wholeheartedly.
