My wife and I stayed there at the beginning and the end of our honeymoon over Christmas, and had great experiences both times. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and getting us whatever we needed. Manager even left the bar area open at 2 in the morning for me so I could watch the American football game on Christmas day! That was definitely above and beyond anything they were required to do, and we will definitely be staying there next time we visit Ireland!

I stayed here last year when attending a show in The Grand Canal Theatre in early December I was so impressed I booked it again for a show we were attending just after Christmas. When we arrived for check in at 2pm the room wasn't ready so we went to the bar for some lunch. After about half an hour we still hadn't received our key but the receptionist came to us and apologised for the delay and ordered drinks for us. Very nice gesture. I couldn't find fault with anything in the hotel. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Everywhere was clean, food was lovely, service very good. What more can I say other than we will be back. Thank you one and all for a lovely relaxed stay.
If anyone is thinking of staying there dont just think book it!

This was my second visit to this hotel. the first was when we went to the 02 and the second when we went to the grand canal threatre it is a great location for both venus. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well maintained and spacious.Both times we had a room with a balconey to the front of the hotel which is lovely to sit out on an evening and watch the world go by.The food is very good and staff freindly.would recommend the hotel to anybody and will defintely stay again in 2012

Great stay with my partner at the Maldron. Highly recommend this hotel. Lovely rooms, very clean, great staff. Restaurant - great food. Leisure facilities were excellent - lovely to have a swimming pool on site. Ten minute walk to shops. Will definitely come back for another visit.
