“Average hotel, not clean, just conveniente location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

Pro: Just in front of the airport. It was really convenient for us as the morning after we had a plane at 7 a.m. and the checking in was at 6 a.m. Free wi fi in every room.
Contro: Average and dirty hotel! In my room there was a big and disgusting stain on the sofa! Was really disgusting! The bathroom was really really small.
The price for a single room per one night was 112€ (I would say a bit expensive) included brakfast but the breakfast starts at 6.30 am so for people leaving the hotel early (the majority of the clients) it's impossible to have brakfast!

In terms of the stain on the sofa, please accept my sincere apologies for this, I am keen to know if you reported to any of my colleagues whilst you were here?
I would ask you to contact me direct, at your convenience to discuss the issues further, Bronagh.mclaughlin@radissonblu.com

“Average option for an airport hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

Let's face it, you would not choose this hotel unles you need to be near Dublin airport. There is nothing wrong with it, but then again there is little to attract you to it. The public areas are nice enough, though the rooms - at least the one I was in - looked a bit tired. Facilities were poor - the gym was in a separate building. Breakfast was OK.

“Great location for that early morning flight”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Family of four stayed for one night before an early departure. We had a very nice stay. Hotel feels brand new - room was perfect - staff were friendly - price was competitive.

We ate in the bar and food was fine. There were a few people about so the bar had a nice buzz to it.

Airport shuttle at 5:30am was right on time and we were checking in ten minutes later, so much better than having to drive to the airport in the middle of the night and then worry about parking.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are a plane spotter you will love it, as it is practically in the airport !! :-)

“Do not stay at this hotel”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

I have used the this hotel many times over the last few years and three times in the last three months. This place seems to have gone down hill with a staff who do not seem to care about the guest that stay there. During my stay in November'11 when we got to the room there was blood all over the air conditioning control and immediately informed the management who apologized and had the room cleaned and offered a "complimentary" drink - so much for 100% satisfaction or your money back!!!!! The next morning after check out I remembered I left my silver ring on the night stand and called the hotel - it was never found by house keeping. Last Sat night I stayed there again 28th Jan'12 - when calling to see when the next shuttle bus was to arrive to the airport the person answered the phone "ya" - I asked was this The Radisson Hotel? - answer was "ya" - how rude and unprofessional. Again the next morning after check out I remembered I left my iphone charger in the wall and called the hotel immediately - the asked housekeeping and was told it was not there - this is impossible as it was within 10 minutes of leaving. I think there may be a problem with their housekeeping...... The Hotel is like a pass through location for people coming from or to the airport and has an attitude of "we don't really care" - it is a pity because I always recommended the hotel in the past but I will never stay there again, there are many hotels to choose from in the surrounding area for the airport.
