This hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes to the Luas or 20 mins to Stephens Green walking. Stayed in 3rd floor room for two nights recently, had I think an Executive room, doulbe and single bed, room was clean and ok. TV was flat screen with very poor reception on most of the channels. There was no space for storing clothing other than hangers and one available drawer under the TV. There is no safe in the room. Bathroom is very dated with lots of missing filler around bath, and sink, and possibly the worst shower I have ever had in a room. Lots of cold water but when you turned the dial towards hot the flow of water almost dissapeared. Power showers would be more appropriate or at least a good flow in what is currently there. Did not require towels replaced after first day , hung them back on the rail in the bathroom as requested, being environmentally friedly, but they were all new for the following day. Why ask guests to save washing if the towels are new every day. The car park fills very quickly so you may end up parking across the road on the side of the street at night.

Although you enjoyed the location of the hotel unfortunately there were a number of issues that affected your overall enjoyment. I truly apologise for the inconvenience caused by the flow of water from your shower – this was caused due to maintenance work completed on our water tanks and unfortunately it took a few days to get the water pressure balanced throughout the hotel – some rooms were fine and others experienced the issues you had. Regarding the poor TV reception, we are currently replacing all TVs in the hotel to flat screen TVs and once this is completed this month we are inputting a new TV system giving us up to 20 channels and a better reception – which will be a great improvement. I forwarded your comment about the replacement of towels during your stay to our Accommodation Manager as this is a policy we want maintained for the future.
Thank you for the valuable points you raise and I hope on you will consider staying with us again as the majority of the issues you raise have all been improved.
