stayed here while back as i attended a concert,booked 2 double rooms check in was 2pm.
first room was not ready till 3.30 pm and so we all carted are bags into d 1 room to get ready,left hotel at 6pm to attend concert that started at 7pm still no sign of 2nd room being ready. 22.40pm my phone started ringing in concert to which they left a voice mail stating the room was ready.was a joke,i went to reception to complain and said it was the ppl who was staying in room previously paid extra to stay few hours longer.
i got no refund or money off or anything.beds are hard as rocks but food was nice.only advantage is being near to o2 areana ...and if u go book non smoking major differences.ppl in smooking get small rooms and an old tv ,ppl in non smoking huge rooms and plasma flat screen

I stayed on a Saturday night for a concert at the nearby O2 venue. Really inflated room rate of €149 for one person, no breakfast, plus €14.40 for overnight parking in the adjacent car park. The hotel no longer offers parking.

Clean but basic room on 3rd floor corner of the building. The heating was barely warm when I checked in and my morning the room was very cold. The hot water was only luke warm at 12 noon so no shower.

The hotel bar is above average and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall, the rate and cold room & water left a very bad impression with me.

I stayed here over the 28th/30th January.

Check in went fine and staff were very helpful and let us check in early, cos the room was ready.

The hotel bar was very good and prices were ok for a Dublin hotel.

Breakfast was very good, nice fresh selection of items (some reveiwers have said that the breakfast choice was basic. What were they expecting. beluga caviar? ) What is on offer is standard hotel fayre, and I was very happy with the choice and service, I should know Catering is what I do.

Room was large, very clean and basic, excellent price for what we got.

My only moans is the broadband, a hotel charging for broadband is unusual, most offer it free to guests.

The iron room cubby hole arrangement is a bit strange, best give each room an iron, or ask reception for a loan.

We will most certainly stay here again.....did I mention that the 747 airport bus stops outside the hotel every 15 mins? It does.

An all round winner

This hotel has everything you need if you are staying in Dublin for weekend or even business trip.
Just few minutes walking to Temple bar or shopping streets. Breakfast great & staff very helpful.
I would recommend this hotel even to families with small children, its not noisy unlike the other hotels in the centre for example.
