“Just for 2 nights”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012 via mobile

It's a good hotel but they have to improve a lot. All the receptionist but one did their job as they were supposed to. The safe in the room didn't work and the housekeeper wanted to clean up the room in the afternoon, during nap time of our kid. Good Irish breakfast. They answer to e-mails. If you don't have to many expectations it's a good option.

“Excellent And Affordable”

This is a very good excellent and affordable nice and neat place to stay in Dublin. At the center of the city and situated at a walking distance to many attractions like the Trinity College, National Museum, St. Stephen's Park and a lot of restaurants and shopping areas at a walking distance too. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In fact, this is a very accommodating and homely hotel that gives you real irish breakfast. I was very impressed by their service and the fact that, you can just walk around to see places even without paying for a tour is very impressing.

“Simple, clean and very friendly and accommodating”

Just in the heart of the town (great for shopping, sights and about 400m from Temple Bar). Really friendly and helpful staff - let us check in early, gave us recommenddations and tips and always asked about our welfare and if we were enjoying ourselves. Room for 3 was spacious clean and excellent value for money.

“SABENA!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

Do you remember what that stood for? I also remembered John Ruskin and his advice about it being better to pay a little more rather than too little. The lack of heating irrespective of the price is ridiculous. The towel rail in the bathroom was rusty. No bulb in the vanity light above the washbasin. The free wi-fi exists only in the T.V Lounge Ans as for the extra special breakfast the bacon was for sure the previous days. Truly a dreadful mistake and SABENA.
