Well, I stayed here two weeks payed for by my company, so I could write whatever I want, but truth is this is the best B&B I've ever been! I was in room nr.2 in the back building and the room was big with a big double bed (4 pillows just for me!) and a big bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub! The room was serviced every morning and was always clean. The shared kitchen and living room was kept clean as well and come with everything is advertised on their website. I parked my car in the parking between the two buildings. The owners were always kind and helpfull, every morning Mr. Dominic asked us what we wanted for breakfast right before cooking. It's just 10 minutes away from the city centre and there is a big park on the back for jogging and open air activities. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Owner went out of her way to make our 2 night stay very comfortable. We were there with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons, ages 4 and 18 months. Very friendly staff. Made to order breakfast very good.

Maybe charged more then website price so check before booking, Ask for back room, heavy traffic starts at 5am until late at night. No cooked breakfast available at 7am. Western Star Bar on their website map has been knocked down ages ago so don't look for this as landmark.

Stayed in the Lodge at the back of the house - was offered the choice of rooms, 1 in the main house and one in the lodge. As we wanted to stay out late and the lodge had own access, this was for us as we didn't want to disturb anyone coming back in at some ungodly hour :-) our room was in the eaves, 2 single beds under each slope which were clean and very comfortable. En-suite shower room / toilet, and a big shared kitchen and living room downstairs. Breakfast...cannot really comment as we didn't drag ourselves out of bed in time, but it did smell very nice!
Special thanks to Una and the family, we were made very welcome and would definitely return. Our brother paid nearly twice as much up the road, and had nowhere near the level of service...
