We were down in the river lee for the weekend, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The service is second to none, rooms are lovely, the leisure centre is fab, food is great, location is great. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Ireland, if not the best! Highly recommend it, especially for couples getting away for the weekend. We'll be back!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of staying at the River Lee Hotel with almost 60 ladies from Co. Offaly. Each and every one of the group enjoyed the visit to Cork and especially their stay in the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious . The staff were very friendly and courteous and the general atmosphere left one feeling welcome and relaxed.
I do hope that we get a chance to stay here another time and must thank all concerned for a really great weekend.

I chose to stay at the River Lee for an overnight business trip having previously stayed there when it was Jurys Hotel. To be honest it's very difficult to say anything negative about my stay. From the welcome at reception with a hot towel, to the departure when I was offered a complementary bottle of water, my stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bar is very nice with a good ambience and service plus a good looking bar menu.
I ate in the Weir Bistro which gives a good 'fine dining' experience, and the food and service was excellent. I will be visiting Cork again on business and will happily stay there again and would recommend the River Lee to anyone.

Just back from a lovely night at River Lee Hotel! From start to finish stay was lovely! We were lucky to get the "winter warmer" deal which was an executive room, hot choc on arrival, full Irish in morning all for E135... We opted 4 breakfast in bed which was served to our room for just E5.... Bottle of water on departure.... All staff were lovely, lads in bar were v helpful and accommodating.... Will def stay again!!
