We were warmly received upon arrival and offered tea and scones. Our room was clean, spacious and wifi connected. The washroom was adequate for us, but may be small for others. Not luxurious, but very comfortable. The location is excellent as it is adjacent to the university and within 10 safe minutes walk to the city center. However, it's the breakfast here at Garish which really shines. The menu was extensive and varied. Try the porridge. I had the grilled trout, which was excellent. Tomorrow I will try the kippers. There are many other b&b's nearby, but I rather doubt that they offer such outstanding fare. Listen to your stomach and stay here.
