The staff at the Killarney could not have done more for us, especially as our flight was heavily delayed and we did not get in until 4am!
We had 2 apartments in one of the buildings adjacent to the Guest House proper and they gave us exceptional privacy and space. The rooms were lovely and huge. Our 15 year old, especially loved her attic bed-sit type room. Breakfast was very generous and we loved it.

I stayed in the Killarney Guesthouse / houses just next door which belong to the Killarney Guesthouse for 2 weeks. I had a absolutely great and luxurious apartment with kitchen and living room (Collegeview apartments - belong to the Killarney Guesthouse) for 1 week and then I moved to one of the rooms in the Crawford house (just next to the Killarney Guesthosue and does also belong together). This room as well was very nice, cozy and clean. The service staff and especially the owner were very very friendly, helpful and I felt very welcome during the weeks I stayed there. Besides, it is just a 3 minutes walk to the university and about 10 - 15 minutes to the city center of Cork. I would recommend this guesthouse to everybody who would like to get an impression of Irish hospitality and friendliness.

we recently stayed in the killarney guest house.the rooms were small with only a pull across door dividing the bathroom area from the bedroom area.the rooms were very clean.we had to lift our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room num 12. the heating only came on for a few hours in the evening time and we were left to freeze other than that. it had to be the coldest room i have ever stayed in,both of us left the guesthouse having gained the flu from the coldness of the room. Wear your woolies to bed if you plan on staying in the guesthouse.

Stayed in a 1 DBL with 1 BTH. Room was good size but the bathroom was much larger than expected. Was excited to see a jet tub, but none of the jets worked. Water pressure was great. One weird thing was we booked at the killarney guest house, but our room was next door at the crawford house. Parking included. a bit of a walk to downtown Cork, about 10 to 15 minutes.
