We stayed here for three nights in a comfy, cosy room with great views of the water and the mountains. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, the bar food was great (wonderful cauliflower and cumin soup) and we had a first-rate meal in the restaurant one night with excellent cullen skink, hot-smoked salmon, a tender and tasty steak and a fish stew of quality that you would normally only expect in the south of France. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The final bill was very fair and we left feeling refreshed and rested.
