Ive stayed in many places but ive never experienced this level of comfort along with a very warm welcome. The interior is breathtaking along with the level of service. Probably the highest standard of furnishings and gadgets ive seen in a place. Normally I just stay in my room but I couldnt get enough of the lounge area overlooking the bay. Stunning view in the morning while you eat the best breakfast on Lewis. Carlsberg dont do Bed and Breakfast establishments but if they did this would be their flagship !!!!!!! Ian and Marion should be proud of what they have achieved, well done.

What a amazing place this island is, made even more amazing by this hotel.
Firstly if you are to visit this island come by the ferry which was so easy to use, you then have the freedom of using your car.
Secondly walking boots/shoes are a must.
Right now how to tell you about this hotel. Ditto to everyone's comments sums it up!!! The food wow you must try it. The whole place is relaxing and the service the best we have every had, Ian and Marion couldn't do enough for us.
We stayed for 4 nights, and still could have stayed another night or two.

This guest house is really faultless - amazing food, wonderful staff and stunning views. The furnishings are to the highest standard and Marion and Ian have thought of everything to help make their guests feel comfortable and at home. The food was wonderful and Ian was very generous with the portions - his roast beef was cooked to perfection!
Broad Bay certainly deserves its 5* rating and we would certainly recommend a stay there to anyone planning a trip to the Isle of Lewis. We will definitely make a return visit. This was certainly a highlight of our anniversary trip to the islands.
