“A peaceful stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 November 2011

We are a couple and spent two nights at Corrie Glen while exploring the Trossachs and West of Scotland. What we really appreciated about our stay was how peaceful it was, with a beautiful location half a mile from the foot of some wonderful hills and the town of Aberfoyle, which makes for a wonderful view from the large windows in the lounge/breakfast room. In the morning we saw the mist hovering and it was very serene. It was a good base from which to do some interesting walks. Pauline and Steve were wonderful hosts, they couldn't do enough for us, and kindly returned some jewellery we had left in the room after we moved. We felt very much at home, the room was fine for size, clean and comfortable and we had a separate bathroom. We couldn't have asked for more during our stay here, and we would definitely consider staying at Corrie Glen again if we are lucky enough to return to the beautiful Trossachs.

“Wonderful, couldn't ask for a nicer, better value stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2011

We stayed at the Corrie Glen, for a Friday and Saturday night for a wedding in the local area. We were met with a warm welcome, a very clean room and wonderfully comfortable king size bed. Wonderful views, wonderful food. It's been a long while since I stayed in a B&B and I was a bit worried about feeling like I was in someone elses house. This wasn't the case, it was far better than a hotel at this sort of price range but with the feeling that you were in your own home. Bliss. Thank you so much for a wonderful time, we've already recommended the area and the Corrie Glen to friends and family and we will (between the countless weddings, hen and stag do's we seem to be on these days) be staying again. Thanks - Rob and Gabby.

Room Tip: We had the King size room which has a seperate HUGE bathroom, the other rooms have ensuite.

“Beautiful and comfortable!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 October 2011

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it!! Pauline and Steve are exceptional hosts. The conservatory was a wonderful room to relax in after a long day of walking. The walks in the area are wonderful. The B & B is beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, all the things you need in a B & B. The breakfasts were great. We would difinitely stay here again!

“Great Place for Hikers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 September 2011

We found Corrie Glen a great place to stay. Our hosts, Pauline and Steven were outstanding. They were welcoming and extremely helpful with information about transportation and walks in the area. The B and B itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you like to walk Corrie Glen is central or very close to many very beautiful paths.

“Corrie Glen late August”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 September 2011

Corrie Glen was our first place to stay in Scotland for 3 nights beginning Aug. 31. Easy to find, immaculate, wonderful owners, Pauline and Steven, providers of the best care for visitors, especially their breakfasts! A very beautiful, quiet and serene place to stay with great information for traveling in the area and the best roads to use. We (two couples) loved Corrie Glen and highly recommend it to anyone who plans to be near the Trossachs, Sterling and surrounding area. Aberfoyle is a beautiful location!

Room Tip: All rooms are great. The Queen room has bath across the hall but absolutely no problems with privac...
