we had a 5 days trip with lochs and glens coach holidays during some of the worst winds
in scotland,we had power lines down and no water in the rooms for 24hrs but the manager
and her staff made us all comfortable and did the best they could under very difficult conditions must say a great thankyou to all,the rooms were always warm and clean,towels changed every day,would fully reccomend !!!

We had to get to Scotland quick as my mum was taken ill while staying at this hotel, she was admitted to Larbert hospital, we went to hotel while she was still in the hospital and the staff couldn't have been more helpful to us or mum and her friend we were given a room and fed very well, the staff inquiring about mum and they had really looked after her while waiting for doctors then ambulance. Nothing was too much trouble for them and such a happy group of people, Iwould certainly recommend them.

Spent a fantastic break away with Lochs and Glens at the Loch Achray Hotel and the Manager Elaine and all her staff were excellent....Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very clean, comfortable and lovely and warm....

Just had 5 days at Loch Achray. Interesting trips out , coach seat belts a bit tight otherwise good. Our driver was John very good and kept us informed, and met some brilliant people.
All in all Lochs and Glens know what they are doing, keep it up!
