I like Premier Inn, you get what you pay for and the standard is always very good.
The Hamilton Premier Inn is in the middle of no where, but a great place for a stopover.
You can tell the rooms are well used, but they are very clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The food we got in the canteen next door (well it is next to a truckers park!) was very average - the breakfast was greasey but being where we were then we had little choice.

This hotel offered my friends & myself the perfect location for our 2 day break. We decided to go and see Bruce Sprinstein in concert at Hampden Park. We did not want to be directly in the centre of Glasgow as hotels can be a bit pricy in town so we opted for the outskirts. We decided to go for a hotel that was easy to find and had free parking. As we all stay at other ends of the country we opted for Hamilton as it was directly off the motorway and everyone has heard of Hamilton Services!!

The hotel staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome and were genuinely interested in why we had came to there hotel. We explained we were here to see Bruce and they then went on to ask us how we were going to get to and from the concert. They then organised 2 six seater taxis to pick us up at the hotel and come back for us when the concert finished!! This is what I call customer service

Rooms were very clean and comfortable!!! Housekeeping clearly take pride in there job at this hotel!!

Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone as the location and the hotel is perfect. We cant wait till the next concert at Hampden!!

We used the premier inn twice as a stop off point during a long drive up to Aberdeen and back with a three year old and a four month old baby. The reception staff were helpful and professional and the rooms were clean and roomy enough for a cot and second bed. On the return leg we managed to get a two room 'suite' which was very welcome. Only minor irritation was a strange machinery noise from a first floor room (were we above the laundry?), but it wasn't a major issue. A good budget choice

The room was very clean and tidy. Size of room was good as we were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for a double bed, single bed and cot.
While we were there, our toddler daughter was suddenly very sick - all over the room. Beds had to be stripped and towels used to clean up mess. The hotel were fantastic about cleaning up. When we returned back to the room, it was pristine again with all new linen and towels. They were great, helpful and it was much appreciated!
Plentiful supply of roasting hot water in en suite bathroom, but signs to let you know it was very hot.
Said there might be some noise from traffic on motorway, but we didn't hear any - windows were well glazed to block out noise.
