Stayed in Coila for 5 nights, during September, the weather was exceptionally good, and we were able to walk about every day in the sunshine. Very central location, but very quiet, no noise from the busy road outside. Cosy bedroom with en suite and everything you could want, including a lovely teddy to keep an eye on us!! Substantial breakfast which kept hunger at bay for the best part of the day. Great hosts in Charlie and Hazel. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. A very pleasant, relaxing stay.

Stayed at the Coila again its about our sixth time here. Hazel and Charlie are so friendly and make us feel very much at home. Thank you once again for a nice break

Hazel and Charlie took great care of us in this lovely guest house in the heart of Ayr. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. A great location from which to enjoy all of the Burns sites, the Brig O' Doon, etc. We'll be back!

Coila Guest House is a block from the train station--very convenient. Charlie helped us with a car hire and was very good with directions. Hazel gave us excellent dinig recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful in the very pleasant dining room. The bedroom en suite was very comfortable and quiet. We stayed only two nights before journeying on, but it was an excellent way to start our trip and acclimate ourselves to lovely Scotland. We would recommend Coila Guest House without heasitiation.
