We booked last minute for this hotel and wanted a 'get away from it all.' We were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive and we were shown to the Mackay room in the main building. The room was lovely,very spacious with stunning views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. We both had one of the most enjoyable fillet steaks for dinner we have ever eaten, Again the views from the huge windows were amazing.. A bottle of wine was reasonable at £21.50.
Breakfast was full scottish and left us full untill dinner time that day. This is a hidden gem and we had no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and family. The only drawback was the road up to the hotel which has some nasty potholes and should really be repaired, take care and drive slowly!!

I highly recommend the Enterkine. I only had dinner there but it was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and very accomodating. I have a number of allergeries and they did everything they could to accomodate me. A first class service, the meal was delicious, you could not fault the hotel at all. 5 stars!! Can't wait to go back.

We booked this spur of the moment for a wee peaceful getaway and wow we were blown away!
The setting is lovely and peaceful service amazing and the food just fantastic . Local produce lovingly cooked and beautifully presented. WORLD CLASS.

poor service, poor food(not as per menu description), staff didn't know what they where serving or had on the menus. Two AA rosetes? on a plus the wine i picked was very nice!
