I booked four nights here and as a single female traveller was made to feel more than welcome. The room was spotless and the staff were very gracious. Breakfast was more than ample and just lovely really. Would definately return.

Stayed 1 night in the Atholl Villa in Pitlochry. We booked a double room which was very small with a tiny en suite shower room. The room was very clean but the tv was old and the decor, such as the carpet and wardrobe, could do with being replaced. The breakfast was good. For 1 night the B&B was adequate but if I was returning to Pitlochry I would look for another place to stay.

We spent one night in the family room. Very comfortable and spacious. Our bathroom was beautiful- spacious and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the individually cooked breakfast very much, especially the delicious porridge.
The location can't be beat. Right on main street and perfect for shopping and restaurants.
One reviewer mentioned the parking area being far from the door but this is not the case since there is a convenient rear entrance.

We arrived to Atholl Villa looking forward to a great weekend ahead. We stayed here with our 5 month old child for one night. I had booked 2 double rooms and a cot. We got 1 double room while myself and my wife got single beds !!! The cot was there but when we asked for a sheet to cover it we were clearly told - No !

On arrival we asked if it would be possible to put his bottles in the microwave - to be told the kitchen was too busy !!! - it's a little tricky to tell a baby they have to wait until everyone else has eaten.

Apart from the baby stuff, our room was very cramped - 2 single beds, old linen.

At the prices being charged we found there to be much nicer places in town.
