Sunday carvery lives up to usual expectations. Great value for money and as always, came away well and truly satisfied. Great service and friendly staff made it a very pleasant experience.

Two couples stayed one night. We were not prebooked as just passing through.
Hotel is well situated close to town centre but still quiet. Building has lots of character and staff welcoming. Dinner and breakfast very enjoyable. Rooms large, well furnished and comfortable.
The only negative is the low pressure in the showers.

Have just had lunch in the garden, very friendly staff, excellent lunch, we will certainly go back for another visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean, overall, very good indeed.

This is a superb hotel at the top end of Pitlochry, about 10 minutes' walk from the station and less than that from the tiny bus station. The bedroom was perfectly adequate, although the shower sometimes took a long time to become warm. There is a large choice in the breakfast menu, and they do excellent evening meals. On two occasions I took advantage of this. Sometimes I experience acid reflux after meals, but I never did after a Westlands meal. The Sunday carvery is worth experiencing; a choice of 3 different meats, and vegetables piled high on the plate, and then a sweet. It is possible to also have a starter course (e.g. soup). I would recommend the hotel.
