We can only recommend this B&B. The above mentioned rates are an understatement. Jilly (the lady who ownes and runs the place) is a lovely and incredible serviceminded person. Every morning we got the most delicious breakfast and some hints what to do nearby. The perfect location to make excursions in the near surroundings or you can just relax and enjoy Pitlochry with it's restaurants, theatre and local entertainments. The highlights of our stay were without a doubt the 3-island tour from Oban, the Mountain Safari with a guy called Sandy and a visit in the nearby distillery Edradour (Scotlands smallest). We also managed to view some Highland Games and learned a lot of Scottish history and clan stories. After 7 days in Pitlochry we spent 3 days in Edinburgh and although this is a nice city (not to mention the goose-bumps we got at the Tattoo), we prefer the Highlands with it's spectacular scenery and wildlife.
