We would truly recommend this Guest House for the high standard of cleanliness and the lovely extra touches, such as delicious shortbread in the room and the 'wee dram' available in the lounge. The owner is welcoming and efficient but not too obtrusive.
We found the location superb for a city break as we were able to walk into town but yet had a beautiful park opposite, with lovely views. The River Tay is close by, in fact 2 minutes walk and Scone Palace is only 10 minutes by car. Perth has a small theatre and a concert hall and is a good stopping off place on the journey North.
Best of all was perhaps the breakfast, which freshly cooked using high quality products; my husband said the black pudding was to die for!
We least liked the steps, but no doubt they were good for our health.
Would thoroughly recommend, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I often stay here for business and it is a delightful treat each time. Owners are pleasant and helpful, but in no way intrusive (so often a problem in small B and Bs!). Spotless rooms and comfy lounge. But, most of all, it is the little extras that make this place special and such good value for money - homemade shortbread, couple of chocolates in the room and fresh flowers on the breakfast table (even if you are the only one staying there!).

Quiet, comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Perth. Emma was very helpful & welcoming.
Room was good, bathroom was good, breakfasts were wonderful!
Great little lounge and a glass of sherry!
