Easy to locate guesthouse offering free private parking and only a ten minute walk away from the city centre. Absolutely spotless. Attractively presented breakfast. Ask a room at the back and the birds will wake you up in the morning. The atmosphere of this huge house and Ann's welcome will immediately make you feel comfortable and at home.

At great place to stay within close proximity of Edinburgh and Rossyln Chapel. The proprietor of the Clunie house is most welcoming, helpful, and professional. The house appears to be a normal, city townhouse from the outside, but it is deceptively large, well appointed, and just a tad on the grand side throughout. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was lovely, and though Perth, itself, is not an attraction, the stay at Clunie house was well worth it since we wanted to visit both Edinburgh and Rosslyn Chapel which are nearby.

Arrived here in the afternoon and was greeted by a friendly owner. The single room was very spacious, modern and was stocked with great facilities.A good bed and a very nice ensuite bathroom all encapsulated in a lovely house that's located in a pretty and fairly quiet suburban street about a 10 minute walk out of town (a nice walk which includes a walk over the bridge that overs some good views on a day with clear skies). Breakfast is top notch and served with care. Too bad I could only stay for one night. Excellent value overall.
Perth itself is a lovely town with some good places to dine and some nice culturale sights in the area. All the more reasons to stay in Perth and stay in this B&B.

Stayed 3 nights and had a lovely time. Ann the proprietor was always extremely warm and welcoming.

Our room although a bit on the small side was extremely clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a perfect start to our day. Private parking and wi-fi were very welcome.

We will stay again when we revisit Perthshire.
