we booked the night before and when we arrived there was parking space and a warm reception, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. The chocolate bars were a nice touch and the breakfast was great especially the coffee at breakfast and the proper mushrooms instead of manky tinned ones.

My husband and I spent a night here on our way back from a car ralley. Wilma made us feel really welcome and gave us a lovely room in this lovely old house- the welcome tray was the best we have had wih lovely chocs and biscuits - a real treat. Wilma also recommended a restaurant for our evening meal and it was great. The breakfast is one of the best ones I have had . I never eat a cooked breakfast and usually just have fruit - Well there was a great choice of fruit and yogurts and my husband loved the cooked breakfast. Location is good - only a 10 minute walk to the town . I would definitely recommend this guesthouse as it was a really super stop over.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed a one night stopover in Ardfern. Friendly people, very comfortable and extremely well kept establishment. Lovely lounge facility, and breakfast beautifully cooked and presented. We now know where to go in Perth!

A grand house, very comfortable and very welcoming landlords. Breakfast delicious. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Lovely fresh fluffy towels each day.
