“The best B & B ever!”

Have been staying there when in Perth for over 13 years, and it is simply the best. There is a Family room with double and single bed and ensuite shower room; a double with ensuite shower room, and a twin with private bathroom. Breakfast is excellent and each room or party has their own table. Guest lounge is currently being refurbished. Wilma Murray is so welcoming and friendly she has many return guests. Absolutely no problem in recommending.

Room Tip: The family and twin room are on the front where there is, but only if windows are opened, some traff...

“the place is very cosy and we enjoyed our short stay there”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 June 2011

the guest house was very clean, has good size rooms and facilities, traditional english breakfast was quite big in comparison to other places we've been plus good variority of other things selection and fruits, the hosts were very friendly and it's worth of money you pay. We arrived pretty late but it was not a problem to get into. Good location which not far away from the city centre just across the river is anotehr benefit. Our double room was on the back side of the house which reduced traffic from the road....

“Great room, service & 5*breakfast.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 May 2011

I stayed in the family room for one night with my daughters.

The propritor allowed us to bring pizza in as we were late arriving.

Room is modern, clean with wonderful little touches, chocolates, mini rolls & all assortment of toiletries at our disposal.

Beds were wonderfully comfortable & the breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad - strawberries, and full Scottish breakfast too.

All this for only £60. We loved it & will be back!

this has to be one of the best b&b's we have every stayed at.

the service and hospitality from the owners was impecable, breakfast was gorgeous with so much choice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, bright and had more than i have ever seen in a b&b ,( ie basket of toiletries in bathroom as people always forget stuff..)

my husband and myself will deffinately return to the bed and breakfast , it was worth every penny

thanks again..
