“Best B&B stay in many years”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 February 2008

This B&B is like a throwback to many years ago. An old house with character offering quality B&B at a very affordable price. The welcome and attention from the lady operator was exceptional. Scones and Tea for supper in the evening was amazing as was the exceptional breakfast.

I can't recommend this property enough. It was the best B&B stay we have enjoyed for many years and we will be back.

“PERFECT”

We had a fantastic week staying at Duffus in a place called Burnside House, not far from Elgin, Forres and Inverness. Between RAF camps Lossiemouth and Kinloss.
The house also provides bed and breakfast, has two one bedroomed flats and a large house (where we stayed) fully equipped to house ten people.
It is set within a rural setting but also just a few miles from the City of Elgin and Forres town.
New for this year at Burnside House was a hot tub and sauna within the grounds and very affordable.
If you like the peace of the countryside but not too far from the amenities of the nightlife look no further for a four star accommodation.
An excellent service.
