What a joy it is to stay in a warm and friendly bed and breakfast. If you like peace and quiet in stunning scenery; this is for you.

The location is superb, in the middle of the country reached by a lovely single-track road. Superb views across to the Cairngorms.

The rooms are spotless and even though they do not have facilities, they do supply bathrobes for the guests.

Breakfast is good and served in a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden.

After speaking with a friend my husband and i decided to visit Scotland,a place we had never been.
We stayed at Kinneskie House B+B, it was ideally suited for the places we wanted to visit.
The gentlemen that run the b+b are friendly and very helpful when asked about places to see, and where to eat.The b+b deserves it`s 4 stars as it is very clean,with comfortable beds and a choice for breakfast, and not forgetting the wonderful views right outside their front door.
We would certainly stay there again the next time we go to Inverness.

On arrival at Kinneskie House, we were greeted by Chris and Paul and we were straight away made to feel most welcome.

Chris and Paul gave us great advice about things to do and sights to see in the area. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the mattrasses like sleeping on air. There was even WiFi throughout the whole house, which is available to guests. We enjoyed our home- cooked Scottish breakfasts in the sun- lit conservatory, from where we could watch the birds and wild pheasants. This was a great way to start the day.

Thank you again Chris and Paul for making us feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back as soon as possible. You get a big thumbs up. If we could, we would give you more then just the five stars!!

We found Kinneskie House to be the ideal place for a relaxing break. The situation is delightful and the lovely conservatory allows excellent views of the garden and local wildlife whilst enjoying a full Scottish breakfast.

Our bedroom was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and we hope to return.
