This is surely the most beatiful B&B I've ever been to. It's a bit off the main road, but if you follow the instructions, it's not hard to find. It's like paradise in the middle of the field and with a stunning view of the valley. The owner is a warm and friendly person who makes you feel like at home. The house is very clean and tidy, the breakfast delicious. I'll surely stay here again if I'm in the Highlands again.

I stayed with a friend in Kinneskie House for three nights and can fully recommend the place. The house is very clean and tidy, rooms are nice and cosy and the service is cordial and extremely helpful. Mr Evans, the property owner, gave me and my friend excellent advice where to explore the Highlands off the beaten track. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back to Black Isle, staying again in Kinneskie House!

Spent an evening here on a tour of the Highlands. Great house set in immaculate gardens with superb views. More 'homestay' than traditional B&B. Comfortable room and friendly host with excellent local knowledge.
