Spent an evening here on a tour of the Highlands. Great house set in immaculate gardens with superb views. More 'homestay' than traditional B&B. Comfortable room and friendly host with excellent local knowledge.

A bit hard to find if you have no GPS or precise description. But that's a small "price" to pay for this wonderfully isolated place where the silence is nearly absolute.
Absolute is also the warm welcome. Your'e made feeling home. If you need advice on where to go, especially for eating, be assured you'll get profound and extensive information.
The rooms are nice, though maybe a bit small. A litlle drawback (in relation to the cost of the room) is, the missing ensuite bathroom or at least a sink. On the other hand, there is only another guestroom, and the shared bathroom, most certainly tops the one you've at your home.
Breakfast is grand.

What a joy it is to stay in a warm and friendly bed and breakfast. If you like peace and quiet in stunning scenery; this is for you.

The location is superb, in the middle of the country reached by a lovely single-track road. Superb views across to the Cairngorms.

The rooms are spotless and even though they do not have facilities, they do supply bathrobes for the guests.

Breakfast is good and served in a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden.

After speaking with a friend my husband and i decided to visit Scotland,a place we had never been.
We stayed at Kinneskie House B+B, it was ideally suited for the places we wanted to visit.
The gentlemen that run the b+b are friendly and very helpful when asked about places to see, and where to eat.The b+b deserves it`s 4 stars as it is very clean,with comfortable beds and a choice for breakfast, and not forgetting the wonderful views right outside their front door.
We would certainly stay there again the next time we go to Inverness.
