Having stayed in another local hotel and found it to be less than adequate my expectations were somewhat low.
How wrong could i be, i was greeted by a very pleasant and attractive receptionist who explained all that i required to know during my stay. The banter was pleasant and welcoming.
The room was tastfully decorated, not much tartan, heather or bag pipes just enough to make you feel that you were on the western isles of Scotland.
The bathroom was well kiited out with a corner spa bath, which was very nice pitty i couild not get it to blow bubbles. The bathroom even had a bidet, very exotic i must say.
In the morning i was met with another pleasant couple who ensured that i was well looked after without being too much in your face.
The breakfast choice was great and it arrived very quickly and was piping hot.
There was a great number of workies stayimng over and this may put a family off when visiting the dining room for an evening meal or breakfast.
The hotel was very quiet during the night which was good and the bed was fantastic so i had a great nights sleep.
I will stay here again, handy for Skye and the local area.
