I only have one criticism and that's the bedroom was small.The staff were lovely,the place was spotless.The waitresses were really friendly and quick.Breakfast was superb.The fact that it was far enough but not to far from the centre was a plus.the restaurant is superb.

We stayed their late october and found the hotel to be welcoming and warm.
The rooms were what you would expect from a four star apart from the bed's being huge.
We ate in Browns restaurant witch is part of the hotel, the food was brilliant and resonably priced. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

just returned from a one night stay in fort william at the lovely nevis bank hotel and could not find any faults - the bedroom was spotless and the en-suite was so gorgeous that i could have slept in there!!!!! - sadly we didn't have the chance to eat in the dining room but the menu looked superb and the bar area is modern and sophisticated - we also had the best of service on arrival and departure from the helpful young lady in charge of reception - we will return to this lovely hotel as it definately deserves a return visit (or two)

Stayed one night at the end of completing the West Highland Walk and we were so lucky to have chosen this hotel. It is beautifully decorated, very smart decor and lovely comfortable bedroom. The bed was so comfy and and very tastefully decorated. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, the food was really good.The staff including management are really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Don't be put off by the hotel's exterior, the interior is beautiful. A lovely hotel.
